Position Summary:The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Sales and Sales Operations teams by managing documentation, ensuring data integrity, coordinating pricing and product updates, and supporting the successful execution of sales-related processes. This role works cross-functionally to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, and timely contract management. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain workflow efficiency and support revenue-generating activities.Education and Experience:Required:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>At least 2 years of related experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, contract management, or a related role</li><li>Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience, which must include at least one of the following: Reports and dashboards, data management/account maintenance, and/or workflow or process support.</li><li>Successful completion of on-the-job training</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>SalesForce power user or admin-level exposure (validation rules, workflows, automation, page layouts)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, operations, or related field</li><li>Background in service-based or technology-driven industries</li><li>Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, or contract lifecycle tools</li><li>At least 5 years of related experience</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and manage all contract types, including Sentrics agreements, third-party agreements, and lease documents.</li><li>Conduct contract negotiations, including redline reviews and non-standard terms.</li><li>Support contract lifecycle activities, including sending documents for signature and tracking status.</li><li>Maintain and update Salesforce product catalog, bundles, pricing, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automation, validation rules and page layouts within Salesforce to support operational needs.</li><li>Review and close opportunities in Salesforce across all product lines</li><li>Create and maintain pricing, quotes, proposals, channel lineups, and product documentation.</li><li>Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive-level (C-suite) reporting</li><li>Manage pricing, discount approval and quoting processes.</li><li>Process account updates in Salesforce, including merges, deactivations, and changes to active status.</li><li>Ensure accurate setup and tracking of client accounts and contracts.</li><li>Support internal teams by providing contract review feedback and cross-functional communication on changes.</li><li>Oversee workflows for DirecTV agreements and account statuses.</li><li>Provide ongoing support for sales processes, including layouts, proposal creation, and client verification.</li><li>Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, or similar software, with the ability to learn new tools.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other departments to align Salesforce processes with business needs.</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system efficiency.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Success Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales operations workflows and data management best practices.</li><li>Experience with reviewing, editing and negotiating contracts.</li><li>Skilled in pricing, quoting, and approval processes.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Works well both independently and in teams.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li></ul>Physical Job Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times.</li><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li></ul>Travel Requirements:<ul><li>Minimal travel required; primarily an in-office role.</li><li>Hybrid work schedule (combination of work-from-home and in-office time in the Ormond Beach area)</li><li>Full-time, Monday &ndash; Friday</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales operations, sales support, or contract management: 2 years (Required)</li><li>actual Salesforce use in a business role (not just viewing): 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ormond Beach, FL 32174
