We're looking for a skilled professional who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that great results come from well-managed processes.The RoleAs our Site Supervisor, you will be the driving force on our project sites, managing all daily operations and coordinating subcontractors to ensure flawless execution. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest quality standard. While your primary focus will be site management, prior experience with material procurement is a strong advantage.What You'll DoSite Supervision &amp; Project Execution:<ul><li>Oversee all daily site operations, ensuring work is completed according to project drawings, timelines, and safety standards.</li><li>Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and in-house teams to maintain an efficient workflow on site.</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of quality control and finishing for all interior works, from MEP and civil to joinery and paint.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges and report progress clearly to the project manager.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and strictly enforce all health and safety protocols.</li></ul>Material Management &amp; Procurement:<ul><li>Identify, source, and procure all materials required for our fit-out projects (e.g., gypsum, joinery, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP items).</li><li>Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiating the best prices and ensuring on-time deliveries to avoid project delays.</li><li>Track on-site inventory and coordinate with the accounts team for purchase orders and budget control.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between the project manager, site teams, and suppliers.</li><li>Prepare clear daily and weekly reports on site progress, material status, and any challenges.</li><li>Maintain clear lines of communication between the office and site teams to proactively resolve issues and guarantee a smooth workflow.</li></ul>What You NeedEducation &amp; Experience:<ul><li>A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years of hands-on site supervision experience for interior fit-out projects in the UAE.</li><li>Experience with material procurement is a strong plus.</li><li>A proven track record in commercial, retail, or hospitality interior projects will be a significant advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, high-end finishes, and MEP works.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.</li><li>Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes for interior projects.</li><li>A valid UAE Driving License is required.</li><li>Experience in procurement negotiation and cost-control abilities is a plus.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A natural leader who can manage and motivate site teams effectively.</li><li>A proactive problem-solver who thrives under the pressure of a busy project site.</li><li>An excellent communicator, able to coordinate smoothly between the office, site teams, and external suppliers.</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage both on-site tasks and procurement duties simultaneously.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>5000 - 7000 AED/ month</li><li>Standard UAE benefits, including visa and medical insurance.</li><li>A great opportunity to be a key player in a growing company.</li></ul>How to ApplyEmail your CV and project portfolio to joinus@stellarprojex.ae. We're looking for a skilled professional who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that great results come from well-managed processes.The RoleAs our Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will be the financial backbone of our projects, from the initial cost estimate to the final account. You will handle everything from preparing detailed bids for high-end interior and joinery projects to controlling costs during construction, ensuring our work is both profitable and of the highest quality.What You'll DoPre-Contract (Tendering &amp; Estimating):<ul><li>Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) by studying project plans and specifications.</li><li>Review tender documents, identifying any scope discrepancies or potential risks.</li><li>Send inquiries and source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services, with a strong focus on joinery and high-end finishes.</li><li>Analyze and compare quotations to ensure value for money without compromising quality.</li><li>Prepare well-organized and professional tender proposals for client submission.</li></ul>Post-Contract (Project Execution):<ul><li>Manage all post-contract financial duties, including tracking project costs against the budget.</li><li>Process and validate subcontractor payment applications based on site progress.</li><li>Prepare, submit, and negotiate contract variations, additional works, and claims.</li><li>Check and approve site material requisitions, ensuring they align with the approved BOQ.</li><li>Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress or take measurements.</li><li>Prepare and agree on the final accounts with clients and subcontractors to close out projects successfully.</li></ul>What You NeedEducation &amp; Experience:<ul><li>A degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.</li><li>Essential: Your experience must be specifically in high-end interior fit-out and joinery projects within the UAE.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-off is required.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
