Job Title: Junior Recruiter Location: Powder Spring, GA (Oniste) Experience: 2&ndash;3 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a stable job history and prior experience working with a staffing agency or within the manufacturing industry. A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews</li><li>Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs</li><li>Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain candidate pipelines</li><li>Ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)</li><li>Support HR activities as needed</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field (mandatory)</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of recruiting experience</li><li>Background in a staffing company or manufacturing industry preferred</li><li>Stable work history with consistent employment</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with ATS and job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
