 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics &amp; communication (Only)
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct data research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Could be able to perform RCA and identify outliers in the data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Helps the customers in troubleshooting the issues related to the system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilise business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover the insights that help the customer for business growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with teams across functions to ensure smooth execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US, sharing project progress and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements And Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience of 3-4 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel including Python/SQL Basic level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should understand the renewable energy business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skill.
