(Electrical &amp; Electronics)Experience - 2-5 YrsLocation - Chennai Technical Knowledge: Presentation Tools : MS Office, MS Project Packages Known : Autocad, Revit - MEPJob Responsibilities<ul><li>To monitor, coordinate and supervise Electrical &amp; Instrumentation site activities and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.</li><li>To supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor and give full and extensive instruction to his team.</li><li>To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities.</li><li>Proper Monitoring and Follow up for PTW system, and Subcontractor&rsquo;s performance and arrangement related to permit requirements/Procedures.</li><li>To monitor, coordinate and supervise MEP-Electrical site activities and sub contractors on a day-to-day basis.</li><li>Material take off from contract drawings (Electrical, ELV) for Project budget preparation</li><li>To supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor and give full and extensive instruction to his team.</li><li>Preparation of shop drawings for Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, and other ELV systems.</li><li>Preparation &amp; Submission for material approval (MAS) for various construction materials.</li><li>To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities</li><li>To ensure that the construction issue drawings fully reflect the scope of works and requirements of the contract</li><li>To ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team</li><li>To ensure the Operations &amp; Maintenance manuals as well as handover documents are in line with contract specification and requirements</li><li>Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.</li><li>Preparation &amp; Submission for material approval sheet for various construction materials.</li><li>Preparation of shop drawings for Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, Fire Fighting and all other ELV systems.</li></ul>Interested candidates can contact me at 8750718221 or stemford.recruiter11@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
