 About the Role
 
 
 
 Step is looking for our next Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day details that keep our recruiting engine running smoothly and ensure a great experience for every candidate. You'll be a key representative of Step's recruiting process &mdash; supporting candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.  In this role, you will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, responsive, and professional experience throughout the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, pipelines, and interview feedback organized and on track
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate candidate travel and expenses
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You might thrive in this role if you have:

 3+ years scheduling or coordination experience in a fast-paced startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptable and able to shift gears at a moment's notice
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 </li>
 <li>

 Familiarity with Greenhouse
 </li>
