Position: Special EducatorOverview: The Special Educator works with students who may have sensory impairments, emotional vulnerabilities, speech and language difficulties, specific learning challenges (such as dyslexia), autism, behavioural concerns, or a combination of these needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans or Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Write IEP goals and prepare termly progress reports for parents.</li><li>Teach individuals or small groups using differentiated, multi-sensory learning techniques.</li><li>Work closely with parents/carers, teachers, therapists, and assistant teachers to ensure consistent support between school and home.</li><li>Monitor and record students&rsquo; progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records.</li><li>Use assistive technology, specialized equipment, and resources to enhance engagement and learning.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding students, their families, and staff</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Special Education.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience as a Special Educator.</li><li>Eligible for QCHP.</li><li>Data Flow verification report</li><li>Proven experience working with children with special needs in educational or therapeutic settings.</li><li>Locally available (currently residing in Qatar)</li><li>Able to start immediately.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Years of experience as a special educator?</li><li>Do you have dataflow verification report?</li></ul>
