<div>Introduction: 
 
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education and care to young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, supervising and interacting with children, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members. 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Supervise and interact with children, including conducting individual and group activities, reading stories, and facilitating play
</li><li>Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, including enforcing rules and policies and addressing any behavioral issues
</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development
</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
</li><li>Other duties as assigned 
</li></ul> 
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
</li><li>Reliable transportation are a plus
