As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans that help children with autism reach their full potential while coaching and supporting staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.Our BCBAs are supported by a large, collaborative team, including experienced clinical leaders, fellow BCBAs, and dedicated support staff who assist with scheduling, authorizations, session preparation, and administrative tasks. Additional billable hours paid at a $75/hour bonus rate.</li></ul>What We Provide<ul><li>Stable Hours In-Clinic with No Travel: Our clinic hours are 8:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM, but BCBAs do not work this full schedule each day. RBT promotion path with company support, reimbursements, and pay increases designed to inspire dedication and quality in our service delivery.</li></ul>Your Role as a Leader in Care As a BCBA, you&rsquo;ll guide the delivery of life-changing ABA therapy for your clients by&hellip;<ul><li>Making clinical decisions with support of experienced Lead BCBAs and BCBA Clinical Management.</li><li>Designing customized, evidence-based treatment plans that achieve meaningful results.</li><li>Supervising and supporting talented Technicians and Practicum Residents (BTs, RBTs), not delivering direct therapy.</li><li>Partnering with families to empower caregivers and foster lasting skills.</li><li>Driving innovation through data-informed decisions and creative, technical tools such as video games designed by our BCBA-Ds and Game Designer partners for young learners to acquire skills through self-discovery in a clinically supported manner.</li></ul>What You Bring to StepOne<ul><li>A BCBA certification and LBA license (VA).</li><li>Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication skills, compassion, and dedication to client success.</li><li>A passion for empowering individuals with autism through evidence-based care.</li><li>Previous ABA experience, a plus. Support is given for newly certified BCBAs to be successful as well!
