In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting our therapy staff and enhancing the rehabilitative experience for our residents.
 
Rehab Aide Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; college experience is a plus</li>
<li>Experience: Prior experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is preferred</li>
<li>Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times</li>
<li>Therapeutic Knowledge: Familiarity with materials and equipment used in physical, occupational, and speech therapy</li>
<li>Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and therapy staff</li>
<li>Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated emotional stability to manage the demands of both patients and team members</li>
<li>Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining patient and employee confidentiality</li>
<li>Tech-Savvy: Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs; experience with Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy is a plus</li>
<li>CNA Certification: required for this position.</li>
