We are looking for someone who already understands social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and what it takes to build momentum online. We want someone who brings ideas, skills, initiative, and energy to the table.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create and post engaging content across:</li><li>TikTok</li><li>Facebook</li><li>Instagram</li><li>YouTube</li><li>Other relevant social platforms</li><li>Represent our company and products professionally online</li><li>Be comfortable speaking on camera and explaining products/services clearly</li><li>Help increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales</li><li>Manage and grow multiple areas of our business simultaneously</li><li>Take direction when needed while also being capable of leading projects independently</li><li>Brainstorm and execute marketing ideas and campaigns</li><li>Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and strategies</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong personality with charisma and confidence</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Comfortable being on camera and interacting with people</li><li>Experience creating successful social media content</li><li>Self-motivated and organized</li><li>Able to multitask and adapt quickly</li><li>Professional, dependable, and creative</li><li>Someone who understands how to market products effectively without needing extensive training</li></ul>Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who already has experience growing pages, creating engaging content, building audiences, and understanding what performs well online.
