Department: Maintenance &amp; Utility Reporting To: Manager &ndash; Maintenance Experience: 3-8 years Qualification: ITI (Electrical) / Diploma / B.Pharm Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - LVPJob SummaryAn experienced Maintenance Professional responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation, preventive maintenance, and compliance of pharmaceutical plant utilities, HVAC systems, and production equipment. The role involves hands-on technical expertise, coordination with cross-functional teams, and adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilities &amp; Facility Maintenance<ul><li>Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure controlled environmental conditions.</li><li>Handling and maintenance of pharmaceutical water systems, Multicolumn Distillation Plant, and Pure Steam Generator (PSG).</li><li>Operation and upkeep of Boilers, DG Sets, Air Compressors, Chillers, and ETP systems.</li><li>Ensuring uninterrupted utility supply to production and quality areas.</li></ul>Production Equipment Maintenance<ul><li>Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment including:</li><li>Linear Vial Washing Machines</li><li>Autoclaves</li><li>Filling &amp; Sealing Machines (BFS Systems)</li><li>Visual Inspection Machines</li><li>Gumming and Sticker Labeling Machines</li><li>Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.</li></ul>Maintenance Planning &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Execution of preventive maintenance schedules and timely corrective actions during breakdowns.</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of equipment logbooks, maintenance records, and utility documentation as per GMP requirements.</li><li>Support validation, qualification, and requalification activities for utilities and equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, safety standards, and internal SOPs.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Effective utilization of manpower and resources to achieve maximum operational efficiency.</li><li>Coordination with Production, QA, and external vendors for maintenance and service activities.</li><li>Regular reporting to Manager &ndash; Maintenance on equipment status, breakdowns, and improvement actions.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of pharma utilities and HVAC systems</li><li>Expertise in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting</li><li>Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices</li><li>Understanding of GMP documentation and compliance</li><li>Team leadership, coordination, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
