 Job Summary:

 The Supply Chain Coordinator supports warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and production planning activities. This role acts as a central link between warehouse, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials and products across the supply chain.

 Job Duties:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Warehouse Operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily warehouse activities including inventory control, storage optimization, and cycle counting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand forecasting to prevent shortages or excess stock.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product rotation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of warehouse safety procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Shipping &amp; Receiving
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify accuracy of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist customer service with delivery inquiries and order status updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Production Planning &amp; Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production teams to maintain schedules based on orders and inventory needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor capacity and raw material availability, coordinating with procurement for timely deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support updates to the master production schedule and communicate changes across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as liaison between production, warehouse, and logistics to resolve supply chain issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative team player; bilingual skills a plus.
 </li>
