 We are looking for a highly self&hyphen;motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our General Manager and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great role for someone who loves organization, communication, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties/Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the GM
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with project coordination and follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other administrative tasks as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices and reports,
 
 maintaining records, creating reports from internal data
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create quotes
 
 and other documents
 
 for customers
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend meetings on behalf of the GM when he is unavailable
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support for various contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to commute (daily) to Croydon, PA
 </li>
 </ul>
