Channel Sales Manager : Mumbai ! The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing indirect sales channels for the company&rsquo;s IT hardware portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners to drive revenue and market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development &amp; Management<ul><li>Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as distributors, VARs, SIs, and retailers.</li><li>Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share goals.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating sales performance and planning growth initiatives.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective channel engagement.</li><li>Drive sell-in and sell-through activities, ensuring proper inventory planning and demand generation.</li><li>Collaborate with partners to design and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Build long-term trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders including owners, sales teams, and technical leads.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all channel-related queries.</li></ul>Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop actionable insights.</li><li>Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and align with market needs.</li></ul>Training &amp; Enablement<ul><li>Train partners on product features, pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular product demos, workshops, and partner enablement sessions.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless partner support.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams to execute channel marketing activities, events, and lead-generation programs.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in channel sales within IT hardware (e.g., servers, storage, networking, PCs, peripherals, components).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of IT hardware ecosystem and channel dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partners.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable business plans.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
