Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Fit-Out) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, AUTOCAD drawings, technical knowledge of site execution, and strong familiarity with local authority requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise, coordinate, and monitor fit-out site activities to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Prepare, review, and modify technical drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees and other authority approval processes.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet project and safety standards.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.</li><li>Assist in preparing BOQ, material submissions, and project documentation.</li><li>Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management when required.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of design, specifications, and approved drawings at site.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven Dubai experience in the interior fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawings, and shop drawings.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai authority approval procedures (DM, DCD, DEWA, TECOM, etc.).</li><li>Excellent knowledge of fit-out execution and finishing works.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Dubai Municipality G+1 license is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
