Compensation:
$100,000 - $140,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies</li>
<li>Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings</li>
<li>Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions</li>
<li>Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action</li>
<li>Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed</li>
<li>Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
</li><li>Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role</li>
<li>Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus</li>
</ul><ul><li>Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (JD) and experience in representing clients for at least 5 years</li></ul>
