Requirements</b></h2><div><p><b>
Education</b>: High school diploma or equivalent required.</p><p><b>
Sales Experience:</b> Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.</p><p><b>
Communication Skills:</b> Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.</p><p><b>
Motivation</b>: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.</p><p><b>
Teamwork</b>: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</p><p><b>
Licensing Requirement: </b>Must obtain P&amp;C and L&amp;H in KS and MO within a given timeframe.</p></div>
