 The Electrical Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery equipment located throughout the plant and ensure optimal functionality through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance service. 


Primary Objectives:
<ul><li>Maintain and repair production and facility equipment.</li><li>
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints.</li><li>
Run energy sources such as air, hydraulic and electrical as necessary.</li><li>
Perform PM procedures on production and facility equipment and implementation.</li><li>
Utilize eMaint software program to order parts and equipment for repairs and equipment PM's.</li><li>
Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.</li><li>
Safely perform physical demands as indicated below.</li><li>

Must be flexible and able to work any shift sometimes at short notice.</li><li>

Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 5AM-1:30PM

3 years of experience working in an industrial environment</li><li>
Troubleshooting</li><li>
Preventive Maintenance</li><li>
Mechanical Aptitude/ Power Transmission</li><li>
Electrical Systems Knowledge/ Motor Controls- Low and High Voltages</li><li>
Fluid Power/ Hydraulics</li><li>
Compressed Air Systems/ Pneumatic Power</li><li>
Controls and Automation/ Allen Bradley</li><li>
Electronics- Low Voltage AC/DC Components/ Encoders/ TTL</li><li>
Various Hand Tools- Mechanical/ Electrical</li></ul></div>
