Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Telehandler Operator to safely operate telehandlers on construction sites, logistics yards for Stevin Rock across a group of mines. The ideal candidate will have strong handling experience, be safety-focused, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities&middot; Operate telehandler equipment to lift, move, and place materials such as pallets, construction supplies, and heavy loads.&middot; Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.&middot; Inspect the telehandler before and after use; report any defects or maintenance needs.&middot; Position materials accurately and safely in line with site plans and supervisor instructions.&middot; Ensure loads are secured, balanced, and within safe working load limits.&middot; Maintain clear communication with site teams and follow signalling protocols.&middot; Comply with all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and UAE health &amp; safety regulations.&middot; Keep work area tidy and free from hazards.&middot; Assist with general labour duties when required.Qualifications &amp; ExperienceEssential&middot; Valid UAE telehandler licence / relevant permit (or recognised certificate).&middot; Proven experience operating telehandlers on construction or industrial sites.&middot; Good understanding of safe operating procedures and load charts.&middot; Basic English for effective communication with team members.Desirable&middot; Additional equipment certifications (e.g., forklift or heavy machinery).&middot; Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC.Skills &amp; Competencies&middot; Strong focus on safety and risk awareness.&middot; Excellent hand-eye coordination.&middot; Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.&middot; Physically fit and able to work outdoors in hot climates.Working Conditions&middot; Construction site or industrial yard environment.&middot; Exposure to heat and dust in line with UAE weather conditions.&middot; Standard UAE shift patterns (may include early starts or overtime).Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,450.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Basic English for effective communication with team members.</li><li>Good understanding of safe operating procedures and load charts.</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE telehandler licence / rel permit recognized certificate (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
