<div><p>We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.</p><div>
We are interested in talking to people who:<br>
<ul><li>Have some retail or food service management or accounting experience.</li><li>Enjoy people and want to help teach and train.</li><li>Have an outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.</li></ul></div><div>
Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.</li><li>Cash verification.</li><li>Check and resolve product code issues.</li><li>Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.</li><li>Assist with operational and personnel issues.</li><li>Work with managers to solve shrink issues.</li><li>Travel from shop to shop.</li></ul></div><div>

Inventory Control Specialist- District

<div><p>We are looking to add Shop Care/Janitorial partners to maintain our shops! Our Shop Care team travels from shop to shop within a district to ensure cleanliness of our facilities. This position can be part-time or full-time depending on the needs of the location.</p><div>
The ideal candidate has the following:<br>
<ul><li>Experience mopping, stripping and waxing commercial floors</li><li>Attention to detail in order to maintain grounds as well as shop and restaurant standards</li><li>Ability to work independently and take pride in work</li><li>Flexible schedule as some nights and weekends are required</li></ul></div><div>
Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Reliable vehicle (TRUCK OR VAN) as travel is required to multiple shops each day</li><li>Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical, 90lb lift test and drug screen prior to starting</li></ul>
