Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, efficiently handling food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in high-traffic restaurants is preferred. This role involves serving food and drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring excellent service standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction</li><li>Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Manage strong time management skills</li><li>Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Responsible and punctual</li><li>Proven experience with POS</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience working restaurants</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours including nights and weekends</li><li>Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage preparation techniques</li><li>Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and team members</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $10.50 - $24.59 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
