 Essential Job Function
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Examines, evaluates, investigates eligibility for conformity w/laws &amp; regs governing compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other compliance &amp; enforcement inspection and analysis activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain flight testing materials (i.e. test bank, answer keys)
 </li>
 <li>
 Update certifications and qualifications on GTIMS (i.e. Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification)
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with HARM/SARM to ensure accuracy of personnel certs and quals in ARMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, review, maintain aircrew records (Flight Evaluation Folders)
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, administer, monitor &amp; report testing/training events &amp; completion status of personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate upcoming/overdue testing, evaluation, training requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain aircrew qualification level summary (Letter of Xs); prep data for STRP, Squadron Certification Boards, and SEB
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide evaluation/testing status &amp; trend reports to squadron leadership/OGV
 </li>
 <li>
 Update squadron EFB program w/every new publication release &amp; FCIF release
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 HS/GED Diploma required, College coursework desired
 </li>
 <li>
 SECRET Clearance
 </li>
 <li>
 2 yrs working in DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor, or Civilian);
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate the following systems/programs: computer-based management system (GTIMS/GDSS2 or equivalent), SharePoint websites &amp; communities of practice;
 </li>
 <li>
 2 yrs working w/MS Suite
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

Stan/Eval Specialist - SECRET Clearance

 Essential Job Function
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide high-level admin support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling info requests &amp; performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide data to CSS to support admin programs (i.e. task management, fitness program, safety program, manning)
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as POC for newly assigned aircrew for orientation/initial training requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate w/UDM re deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, medical &amp; dental requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain mobility/training docs for deployments
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist w/data collection for DRRS, SORTS, and ART, including UTC posturing &amp; individual status updates
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
