We believe in and support personal and professional growth.For this position, you must:<ul><li>have the ability to prioritize, self-manage and track projects</li><li>get enjoyment in working with clients on the phone and in person while assisting them with service needs</li><li>be a team player</li><li>have a sense of humor</li><li>be detail-oriented</li><li>be self-motivated</li><li>take direction when needed</li><li>have excellent communication skills &ndash; written and verbal</li><li>handle last minute deadlines</li></ul>Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>marketing assistance</li><li>administrative functions - light reception, filing, copying, scanning</li><li>proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>client event coordination</li><li>customer service for clients</li><li>preparation of presentations, brochures, articles and newsletters</li><li>management of our social media, including LinkedIn and videos uploaded to our website</li><li>coordination of central calendar online and in office</li><li>management of database (Redtail)</li><li>supply procurement</li></ul>We are growing and there is room to advance.
