What You'll Be Doing:

The Data Analyst will work as a member of Stifel's Analyst team within the Digital Solutions group. The Data Analyst is responsible for servicing ad-hoc data extraction and reporting requests originating from various areas of the business as well as support discovery or solutions for firm data driven initiatives and developments. This position is expected to work with business users as well as product management and development teams to further define requirements, analyze pertinent underlying data to ensure proper use and then translate those requirements into queries that will provide the objective data sets. The Data Analyst will also act as a subject matter expert for assigned raw data sets as well as maintain documentation surrounding them.</div>

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, following up as needed to ensure all requests are being actively addressed and/or status is being communicated.</li><li>

Gain and utilize a strong understanding of company applications and business practices in the context of how they affect the firm's data.</li><li>
Perform in-depth analysis and act as subject matter expert for assigned raw data sets.</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:

Solid understanding of basic concepts of Microsoft T-SQL and database design.</li><li>

The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Syndicate Analyst is an entry to intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds via the equity capital markets, through IPO, Follow-on, Convertible, and Private Placement offerings, in coordination with the Investment Banking division. The Syndicate Analyst will coordinate the sale and distribution of underwritten offerings across the various business functions of the Institutional Equities Group, including Sales, Trading and Research. In addition to capital raising exposure, responsibilities will also include advising on strategic assignments related to business development and data analytics for the ECM / Syndicate team. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our corporate and investor clients by facilitating capital formation in the equity market.</p>

What You'll Be Doing:

Under immediate supervision, Client Services Associate (Registered) assists one or more Financial Advisor(s) (FA(s)) with the opening and maintenance of client accounts and records, performs a wide variety of administrative support duties, including but not limited to, word processing, preparing mailings, filing, answering the phone, obtaining approvals for FA(s) communications and advertisements, provides overall customer service support to clients, may enter trades as directed by the FA(s).</div>

Accept and enter unsolicited orders from clients in states in which they are registered and may enter orders received directly from a FA who is registered in the client's state of residence.</li><li>
Identify situations that need to be brought to the attention of the FA(s) or escalated to the Branch Manager; including suspicious client and/or employee activity or behavior.</li><li>
Perform various administrative duties (i.e., typing, filing, answer phones, mailing documents/letters, etc.) and other duties and projects as assigned by the FA and/or Branch Manager.</li></ul>
