What You'll Be Doing:

The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Syndicate Analyst is an entry to intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds via the equity capital markets, through IPO, Follow-on, Convertible, and Private Placement offerings, in coordination with the Investment Banking division. The Syndicate Analyst will coordinate the sale and distribution of underwritten offerings across the various business functions of the Institutional Equities Group, including Sales, Trading and Research. In addition to capital raising exposure, responsibilities will also include advising on strategic assignments related to business development and data analytics for the ECM / Syndicate team. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our corporate and investor clients by facilitating capital formation in the equity market.</p>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Work with senior Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Syndicate team members in the origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions</li><li>
Work directly with internal partners (Investment Banking, Sales/Trading, Research, Risk, Legal, Operations) as well as external partners (Corporations, Investors, External Counsel) in the coordination and execution of a deal from launch to close</li><li>
Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trading floor environment with short deadlines and real-time market interaction</li><li>
Work closely with institutional investors &amp; equity sales in the marketing of transactions, discussing rationales for investment, company valuation, deal structure and terms, and other relevant topics</li><li>
Collaborate with investment banking teams, equity traders, and equity sales personnel in targeting key investors, obtaining investor feedback, identifying appropriate valuation, and creating allocation strategies</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with key institutional investors through regular in-person meetings and calls</li><li>
Produce market commentary for distribution to global corporate clients</li><li>
Prepare materials for pitches and live deals</li><li>
Conduct economic/financial research</li><li>
Evaluate company&rsquo;s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends</li><li>
Maintain ECM pipeline and reporting in Salesforce</li><li>
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Stifel, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul>

What You'll Be Doing:

The Operations Coordinator performs the daily cashiering and operational functions for the branch office. The Coordinator is also responsible for liaising between the branch and home office on operational matters as well as providing overflow support to other branch associates.</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Perform daily cashiering functions for the branch related to incoming deposits of checks and securities, outgoing wires and checks.</li><li>
Execute routine operational functions including margin notifications and resolution, processing corporate reorganization (reorg) selections, and handling account transfer requests.</li><li>
Liaise between the branch and home office for all operational matters that arise and communicate the impact to branch personnel.</li><li>

What You'll Be Doing:

Under immediate supervision, Client Services Associate (Registered) assists one or more Financial Advisor(s) (FA(s)) with the opening and maintenance of client accounts and records, performs a wide variety of administrative support duties, including but not limited to, word processing, preparing mailings, filing, answering the phone, obtaining approvals for FA(s) communications and advertisements, provides overall customer service support to clients, may enter trades as directed by the FA(s).</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Perform clerical functions related to opening client accounts and ongoing account coding based on account features chosen by the client.</li><li>
Work with the FA(s) and the client in obtaining the required documents based upon the type of account(s) established.</li><li>
Provide quotes and other account-related information to assist clients.</li><li>
Organize and assist in the maintenance of complete client account and trade- related records for the FA(s) and certain required files for the branch office.</li><li>
Perform operational or administrative functions for client related requests (i.e., check requests, wiring funds, address change, dividend information, etc.).</li><li>

Perform calling activities, not limited to existing clients, using scripts approved by a principal of Advertising and Graphics. Registered Client Service Associates may highlight a service or product but may not discuss products or investments beyond a point that the discussion becomes a solicitation where the specific appropriateness of the investment or the suitability of the client becomes a factor.</li><li>
Accept and enter unsolicited orders from clients in states in which they are registered and may enter orders received directly from a FA who is registered in the client's state of residence.</li><li>
Identify situations that need to be brought to the attention of the FA(s) or escalated to the Branch Manager; including suspicious client and/or employee activity or behavior.</li><li>
Perform various administrative duties (i.e., typing, filing, answer phones, mailing documents/letters, etc.) and other duties and projects as assigned by the FA and/or Branch Manager.</li></ul>
