What You'll Be Doing:
<div>
The Product Owner (PO) is a member of an Agile Development Team who speaks for the client/end user. The Product Owner is responsible for guiding the team to create and deliver software applications that meet client, business, and firm goals by breaking down and defining small workable tasks (user stories) and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of priorities. The PO creates and maintains stories, and prioritizes work for new or revised features or enhancements. The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the team member empowered to accept stories as done. The Product Owner position has significant relationships and responsibilities outside of the agile team, including working closely with Product Management, customers, business owners, outside partners, and other stakeholders. The PO is cognizant, transparent, and proactive in managing dependencies across multiple teams and disciplines.</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Facilitate story creation and refinement with the team ensuring stories adhere to the Agile INVEST model.</li><li>
Collaborate with product management, leadership, and technical teams to analyze the Firm needs to implement high quality solutions.</li><li>
Articulate and communicate project vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams so the team understands target objectives.</li><li>
Prioritizes both in flight and backlog work.</li><li>
Sets Sprint goals.</li><li>
Monitor the team development progress and provides updates to leadership, product management, and stakeholders, as requested.</li><li>
Maintains availability and a presence on the team to address day-to-day business level decisions and blockers</li><li>
Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined methodology that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work.</li><li>
Lead regular demonstration and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.</li><li>
Partner with agile scrum master, other technology teams, and stakeholders to test and deliver features in the team backlog.</li><li>
Responsible for signing off that the story (work) is complete.</li><li>
Ensure that development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall firm strategy.</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, management, negotiation, and people skills.</li><li>
Strong decision making &amp; analytical skills.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, team members, individual contributors)</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility and adaptability to change, decision-making and critical thinking skills.</li><li>
Experience with Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, or Scrum processes.</li><li>
Ability to understand evolving technologies and relate to current business demands.</li><li>
Ability to build collaborative relationships across various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, team members, individual contributors).</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience work experience in business or technology.</li><li>
Minimum Required: 5-7 years' experience of wealth management, technology, business analysis, project management, or related study.</li></ul>
Licenses &amp; Credentials:
<ul><li>Minimum Required: Series 7 and 66 or 63 licensed preferred but not required</li></ul>
Systems &amp; Technology:
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.</li><li>
Understands concepts related to relational databases.</li><li>
Ability to created SQL queries preferred, but not required.</li></ul>

What You'll Be Doing:

The Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures within cloud computing environments. They ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud-based systems and data by conducting risk assessments, developing security policies and procedures, implementing security controls, monitoring security incidents, and responding to and mitigating security breaches. The Cloud Security Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities and continuously improves the security posture of cloud-based infrastructure and applications.</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Identify and resolve security issues across the cloud infrastructure.</li><li>
Build, deploy, and manage security tools and services.</li><li>
Design and implement scalable processes to provision cloud access.</li><li>
Maintain a low-touch, reliable, and user-friendly infrastructure.</li><li>
Evaluate and respond to alerts and events from security tools.</li><li>
Tune security tool configuration to minimize false positives.</li><li>
Develop event response documentation and processes, including diagrams for system environments, cloud operations, and security tools.</li><li>
Collaborate with security leadership, engineering, and compliance to execute security strategies.</li><li>
Assist other teams in solving security issues that comply with business requirements and best practices.</li><li>
Assess our current cloud security and propose improvements or solutions.</li><li>
Review our architecture and design through a security lens to provide actionable, timely requirements and recommendations.</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert for security tools, applications, and processes.</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>Experience deploying and customizing security tools such as vulnerability scanners, static analyzers, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint security monitoring.</li><li>
Experience using CI/CD pipelines for change management and automated security testing.</li><li>
Experience with networking and Unix/Linux servers.</li><li>
Experience developing software with object-oriented languages like Python, Java, C++, or Ruby.</li><li>
Experience with database programming and administration.</li><li>
Experience with log management and/or correlation systems.</li><li>
Fluent in one or more programming or scripting languages.</li><li>
Thorough understanding of cloud and network security.</li><li>
Ability to write SQL queries and build dashboards and reports.</li><li>
Knowledge of networking and web protocols.</li><li>
Knowledge of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns.</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum Required: 5+ years of experience working with a public cloud infrastructure, preferably within AWS.</li></ul>

What You'll Be Doing:

The Branch Intern will performing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects.</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Administrative duties as needed such as answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.</li><li>
Collection of information needed for performance reports and coordinating the appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.</li><li>
Perform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.</li><li>
Participate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.</li></ul>
