What You'll Be Doing:

Stifel&rsquo;s 9-week Equity Research Summer Internship Program provides undergraduates with a hands-on introduction to the role of a Research Associate. You will work alongside our research professionals, from the Associate through the Managing Director level, and will gain exposure to a variety of investment research methods.</div><div><br>
Once on board, Summer Interns will have significant learning opportunities on day-to-day projects and gain exposure to the firm and industry as a whole. Summer Interns work on multiple projects simultaneously, with primary responsibilities including research and analysis for their respective industry group coverage.</div>
What We're Looking For:

A Summer Associate's specific responsibilities may include conducting industry research, building financial models, and preparing client presentation materials</div><ul><li>
Updating and building financial models on the companies and industry your team covers.</li><li>
Analyzing emerging trends in an industry or macro economy.</li><li>
Assessing relative stock valuations and reviewing findings with your team.</li><li>
Performing in-depth quantitative financial analyses.</li><li>
Contributing to team meetings and discussions.</li><li>
Participating in research calls with Sales &amp; Trading.</li></ul>

Summer Associate candidates should possess outstanding academic records and have demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>

What You'll Be Doing:

The Branch Intern will performing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects.</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Administrative duties as needed such as answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.</li><li>
Collection of information needed for performance reports and coordinating the appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.</li><li>
Perform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.</li><li>
Participate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.</li></ul>

The Strategic Change Management (SCM) Specialist supports the planning and execution of change management activities for technology-driven initiatives across the enterprise. This role works closely with Stifel teams and project stakeholders to help ensure the people side of change, including communications, training, and adoption is effectively addressed. The Specialist role contributes to stakeholder analyses, develops change materials, tracks adoption metrics, and supports the overall success of technology transformations across Stifel operating models by helping employees understand, accept, and embrace new tools, systems, and ways of working.</div>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Support the development and execution of change management plans for internal technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>
Conduct stakeholder identification and analysis activities, documenting stakeholder groups, their interests, and potential impacts.</li><li>
Assist in the development of readiness assessments and change impact analyses to inform engagement and communication strategies.</li><li>
Draft, edit, and coordinate communications including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet content to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.</li><li>
Support the design and delivery of training programs, including creating job aids, quick reference guides, and other learning materials.</li><li>
Collect, track, and report on adoption metrics and key performance indicators, preparing dashboards and status reports for leadership.</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technology teams to integrate change management activities into project timelines.</li><li>
Maintain change management documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories to support consistent practices across initiatives.</li><li>
Identify and escalate adoption risks, resistance trends, or stakeholder concerns to senior change management team members.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement efforts by gathering lessons learned and contributing to the refinement of change management methodologies and tools.</li><li>
Be a continuous and curious learner to self-improve, question the status quo and help develop growth in the technology organization for change management.</li></ul>

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences linking strategy to execution.</li><li>

Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Minimum Required: 2+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, project or product management, business analysis, or a related discipline. Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives such as DevOps preferred.</li><li>
Preferred: Financial Services industry experience.</li></ul>
Licenses &amp; Credentials:
<ul><li>Minimum Required: None.</li></ul>
Systems &amp; Technology:
<ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.</li><li>
Experience with project or work management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with survey and feedback tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics).</li><li>
