 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Designer who can bridge concept and execution&hellip; someone who&rsquo;s equal parts strategic thinker and pixel-perfectionist.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate with the Creative and Strategy teams to build brand identities, design websites, and develop cross-channel campaigns that make people stop, think, and act. You&rsquo;ll also help mentor younger designers, ensuring every deliverable that leaves the studio meets Stirling&rsquo;s standard of clarity and craft.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and evolve brand identity systems, visual languages, and guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create digital and web design layouts in Figma for responsive experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop creative for multi-channel campaigns &mdash; digital, print, social, email, and environmental.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate brand strategy and creative direction into purposeful, beautiful design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with copywriters, UX, and developers to ensure cohesive storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee production-ready files and quality control for both print and digital assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute ideas, critiques, and inspiration that move the work (and the team) forward.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years of design experience in an agency or creative studio setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, web design, and campaign work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (bonus for motion, After Effects, or prototyping tools).
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX fundamentals.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to both creative leads and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 A sense of humor and curiosity &mdash; you love learning and sharing what&rsquo;s next in design.
 </li>
