We are seeking driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will own and drive end-to-end product implementations for our Lending solutions, acting as a critical bridge between customers and internal technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the platform.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch&rsquo;s lending solutions.</li><li>Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs and implementation expectations.</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation including Business Solution Documents (BSDs), user stories, functional specifications, and test cases.</li><li>Work closely with the technology and product teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.</li><li>Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines, deliverables, and communication.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including end-user training and UAT support.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations) to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live.</li><li>Identify risks and proactively drive resolutions to ensure successful project outcomes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Lending, BFSI, FinTech, or Financial Services.</li><li>MBA in Finance (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of lending processes and financial products.</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.</li><li>Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.</li><li>Experience working in client-facing roles and implementation environments is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Immediate joiners</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Exposure to UAT planning and execution</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and exposure to international taxation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts using QuickBooks.</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment scheduling.</li><li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations.</li><li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and monthly close activities.</li><li>Assist in international taxation compliance, including withholding taxes, transfer pricing documentation support, and coordination with tax consultants.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and statutory requirements.</li><li>Support audits by providing required financial data and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for accounting and tax-related matters.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks.</li><li>Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.</li><li>Working knowledge of international taxation (US, UK, or other global jurisdictions preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with international clients or multi-entity accounting.</li><li>Exposure to GST, VAT, or other indirect taxes.</li><li>CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,139.65 per monthWork Location: In person
