We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor/cut with advanced expertise in pattern drafting, fabric cutting, garment construction, and finishing techniques. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality, custom-fit garments with precision and craftsmanship. This role plays a critical part in bringing design visions to life, ensuring each piece meets the highest standard.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum [2] years of proven experience as a tailor, with expertise in cutting and garment making.</li><li>Mastery of traditional and modern tailoring techniques.</li><li>Strong understanding of body types, fit, and tailoring adjustments.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or fashion sketches.</li><li>High attention to detail and precision.</li><li>Excellent hand-sewing and machine sewing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualification<ul><li>Vocational certification in tailoring or fashion design</li><li>Experience in tailoring UAE traditional garments</li><li>Skilled in creating evening gowns, bridal dresses, and custom luxury wear.</li><li>Proficient in hand embroidery, beading, and embellishment work with attention to detail and artistic finish.</li><li>Ability to handle urgent and customized tailoring requests efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: From AED4,000.00 per month
