Stites &amp; Harbison, PLLC, a full-service law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work with seasoned product liability lawyers.This is NOT a remote position. Only candidates within commuting distance of Louisville, KY will be considered.Responsibilities:&middot; Obtain and analyze medical records and prepare medical summaries&middot; Search information from court-related databases as well as other online sources of case information&middot; Determine, prepare and organize materials needed for expert witness review&middot; Review, analyze and organize document productions&middot; Summarize transcripts; assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents&middot; Trial preparation and support including reviewing and preparing records and exhibits&middot; Maintain spreadsheets to track discovery, dismissals, and status of casesRequired Skills and Qualifications:&middot; Extensive civil litigation experience, preferably product liability or medical malpractice&middot; Technical skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel&middot; Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of plaintiffs and demands daily&middot; Associate, Bachelor&rsquo;s or Certificate in Paralegal Studies desiredStites &amp; Harbison, PLLC is a dynamic and growing firm with 11 offices across six states and ranks in the Top 10 &ldquo;Best Places to Work in Kentucky&rdquo; for 2025 in the medium company category.
