What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Cocktail Server at STK Steakhouse, you will be a key member of our high-energy front-of-house team. Your mission is to provide elevated and engaging service to our guests, deliver exceptional beverages with precision, and ensure an unforgettable Vibe Dining experience.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and energetic manner</li><li>
Take drink and appetizer orders promptly and accurately</li><li>
Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages with efficiency and presentation excellence</li><li>
Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and proper pairings</li><li>
Ensure all guest needs are anticipated and met with urgency and attention</li><li>
Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other FOH team members to maintain smooth service flow</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized cocktail serving station and assigned section</li><li>
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols</li><li>
Handle payments accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Deliver the STK vibe through professional appearance, enthusiastic service, and commitment to excellence</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment preferred</li><li>
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology fundamentals</li><li>
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure</li><li>
Impeccable communication skills and guest-focused mindset</li><li>
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs</li><li>
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences</li></ul>

</ul></li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, engaging guests, and delivering premium bar experience. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, execute flawless drinks, and create an inviting, high-energy atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages to maintain THE ONE GROUP&rsquo;s high-quality standards</li>
<li>Maintain an expert-level knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes</li>
<li>Engage with guests, providing menu recommendations and an interactive experience</li>
<li>Process drink orders efficiently and accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system</li>
<li>Maintain proper cash handling procedures, including processing credit card transactions and making changes when necessary</li>
<li>Set up, stock, and maintain an organized, clean bar before, during, and after shifts</li>
<li>Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively and consistently</li>
<li>Assist with food orders for guests seated at the bar and ensure timely delivery</li>
<li>Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitation standards</li>
<li>Report maintenance or equipment issues to management</li>
<li>Perform blind cash drops in the safe at the end of each shift</li>
<li>Support the front-of-house team by helping with food running, bussing tables, and assisting hosts when needed</li>
</ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure</li>
<li>Excellent guest engagement and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed</li>
<li>Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Must follow all alcohol service guidelines and always represent STK professionally</li>
