Job Title: Treasury Operations Analyst
 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
 Department: Deposit Operations
 Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (9:00am – 6:00pm for 1 week within a 6-week rotation)
 
General Job Summary: 
Perform product and service support to Treasury Management Officers, Relationship Officers and external Treasury Management customers.
 
Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide WOW service to both internal and external customers with a sense of urgency and sensitivity to customer issues</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with client base and other internal departments to improve business performance</li>
<li>Respond promptly to all customer requests via phone, face-to-face or via online channels</li>
<li>Take ownership of customer issues and follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary</li>
<li>Install, train and provide technical and mechanical support for all Treasury products and services for new and existing customers</li>
<li>Order equipment and monitor invoicing of equipment</li>
<li>Maintain all aspects of the customer data base, to include exposure limits and renewal dates</li>
<li>Prepare department documents for imaging. Acquire, retain and translate product knowledge, to include software and equipment enhancements to both internal and external customers</li>
<li>Follow established policies and procedures in the set-up and maintenance of all Treasury Management products and services within the department</li>
<li>Support the processes to ensure all Treasury Management Support audits meet or exceed requirements</li>
<li>Participate in the testing and implementation of new products, services, software and hardware</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of all Treasury Management systems. Assist with training to other team members and customers as needed</li>
<li>Assist in the training to account officers as needed on new systems, upgrades to existing systems and internal processes</li>
<li>Perform duties to monitor and assist with risk limit documentation requirements</li>
<li>Assist with product installation/implementations using phone, PC and on-site visits as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with the writing and annual review of job procedure manual</li>
<li>Occasional customer site visits</li>
<li>Any additional duties assigned by supervisor as the need arises</li>

Working Conditions: Primarily involves working internally; however may require on-site visits for customer support, training and software/hardware installations
 
Minimum Job Requirements: 
Education: BS/BA in business/finance or equivalent banking experience with High School/GED education
 Experience: 3 years banking experience with knowledge of treasury management products and services preferred
