 General Job Summary
 
 
 
 To complete face-to-face customer banking transactions, sell and cross-sell bank products and services, and provide exceptional customer service.

 Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 Exemplify our 212 commitment to service
 </li>
 <li>
 Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and balance a cash drawer
 </li>
 <li>
 Cash checks following SYB check cashing policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Sell official checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and balance teller work through image capture
 </li>
 <li>
 Consultative Selling &ndash; Engaging customers and prospects to uncover needs and offer solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with beginning, end of day and other operational duties as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in weekly team meetings

 Working Conditions:
 
 Work on teller line, which will require long periods of standing
 
 
 
 Minimum Job Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Customer contact and cash handling experience
