<div>Position General Responsibilities:
This position assists the Commercial Lender by spreading customer financial statements and analyzing them, identifying customer strengths/weaknesses. In addition they prepare financial forecasts with the assistance of bankers to assist in the assessment of the borrower&rsquo;s capacity. Finally they are responsible for providing support to the banker to assist them in soliciting, developing and maintaining profitable account relationships to increase Stockman Bank&rsquo;s market share in this business.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
4-year college level course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution or related field experience or equivalent training and/or experience.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.</li></ul>
Specific Skills Preferred<ul><li>
Attention to Detail- ability to notice and correct errors, document and follow up on important details and provide a high-quality -end-product.</li><li>
Knowledge of financial statement and cash flow analysis, &amp; basic working knowledge of GAAP.</li><li>
Familiarity with legal contracts and the Uniform Commercial Code as related to lending and collateral perfection.</li><li>
Professionalism &ndash; maintaining a professional attitude, image, and work ethic.</li><li>
Understanding of and ability to work with lending software with proper training.</li><li>
Team Playing &ndash; willingly collaborating and cooperating with others, developing effective working relationships</li><li>
Ability to remain focused and on task and efficiently work unsupervised meeting all deadlines.</li><li>
Written and verbal communication skills &ndash; ability to concisely and clearly present critical details.</li></ul> 
Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies 
Analyze and Process<ul><li>
Assist Lenders in analyzing existing and new customer credit requests.</li><li>
Work with Lenders and Loan Processor to coordinate the request/receipt of business and personal financial statements.</li><li>
Coordinate timely spreading of financial statements with Credit Analysis.</li><li>
Analyze statements, identifying customer strengths/weaknesses and questions/concerns to be raised to the client.</li><li>
Prepare financial forecasts/pro-forma statements in consultation with Lenders to assist in assessment of borrower capacity.</li><li>
Prepare financial analysis documentation (i.e. Routine Administration Checklist, Loan Documentation Checklist, Spreads, etc.) in consultation with the Lenders/manager, as appropriate, for review and approval by Lenders.</li><li>
Review file documentation for completeness and correctness, in accordance with Front End Guidance, Credit Policy, and Credit Process Procedures.</li><li>
Manage annual credit review and file comments.</li><li>
Working delinquent loan accounts by calling customers and follow-up with tickler list</li><li>
Monitor existing credits for collateral review, interim statement review, loan covenant compliance, etc.</li></ul> 
 Sales/Public Relations<ul><li>
Participate in joint customer calls and/or inspections with Lenders to identify additional sales opportunities for existing and potential customers.</li><li>
Assist manager in the monitoring of overall credit quality through appropriate presentations at weekly/monthly meetings to identify loan delinquencies, reviews past due (60 days +), technical exception (30 days +), watch list and early warning credits.</li><li>
Involvement in customer interview process when necessary.</li><li>
Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.</li></ul>
