This role is fully remote and reports directly to the VP of Global Marketing. You&rsquo;ll have ownership across Amazon marketplace, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and paid media&mdash;driving revenue, shaping strategy, and influencing how the brand shows up online.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending strategy with hands-on execution.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead ecommerce growth across Amazon (3P &amp; Vendor), DTC platform (Shopify), and third-party retail media channels</li><li>Own key metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value</li><li>Optimize product merchandising, content, and digital shelf performance across platforms.</li><li>Drive Amazon strategy across listings, ads, pricing, and promotions, and partner with sales and operations on inventory planning, promotions, seasonal priorities and vendor negotiations</li><li>Drive full-funnel performance marketing across paid and CRM channels to grow DTC revenue and profitability</li><li>Oversee site performance (UX/UI, merchandising, speed, compliance) and lead CRO strategy including testing and personalization</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and Creative to optimize pricing, promotions, customer acquisition, and user experience through data-driven insights</li><li>Build retention and lifecycle programs (email, SMS, subscriptions)</li><li>Own and optimize subscription strategy, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and performance analytics, to drive recurring revenue and improve customer experience</li><li>Launch and optimize retail media campaigns (Walmart, Target, Instacart)</li><li>Develop performance reporting and dashboards, translate data into strategic insights, and evaluate emerging platforms to optimize channel mix and maintain a competitive edge</li><li>Translate data into insights that drive strategy and performance</li><li>Partner cross-functionally and lead external agencies</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>7+ years of ecommerce and performance marketing experience with ownership of Amazon and DTC growth; CPG or consumer brand experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools (Shopify, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, GA4, Klaviyo or similar CRM tools)</li><li>Proven track record managing performance budgets across paid digital channels with a data-driven approach</li><li>Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a test-and-learn mindset</li></ul>Why This Role<ul><li>Join a high-growth brand with strong momentum and market visibility</li><li>Real ownership with the ability to make immediate impact</li><li>Collaborative, fast-moving environment</li><li>Opportunity to help scale a category-leading brand</li></ul>Base salary of $150,000&ndash;$160,000, plus a 20% target bonus. Estimated total compensation at $180,000&ndash;$192,000, with additional upside as the bonus program has historically exceeded target.
