Position Overview</b></p><p>
As a senior member of the IT Infrastructure team, this position is responsible for the following:</p><ul><li>
Research, design, planning, implementation, and management of cloud technologies and solutions on an ongoing basis.</li><li>
Administration of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal availability on a 24/7 basis.</li><li>
Managing infrastructure and security projects to meet IT and business strategic and tactical goals by working with stakeholders to identify requirements, researching potential vendors, facilitating at project meetings, and participating in the rollout.</li><li>
Manage vendor contract terms and obligations, establishing business goals for each vendor and developing processes to measure performance and continuous achievement of the established goals.</li><li>
Assist other IT teams to resolve and remediate issues and analyze root cause. Work directly with other IT teams to ensure implementations and changes are well understood and necessary training or reference materials are available in order to reduce end-user impact and inquiries, and increase productivity, technical ability, and work quality for IT staff.</li><li>
Managing, testing, and maintaining Stone Coast&rsquo;s business-continuity/disaster-recovery systems and environments.</li><li>
Assisting in the documentation of procedures for Stone Coast&rsquo;s technology infrastructure by developing and documenting administrative procedures, creating workflow and system diagrams and developing reference documentation for new and changed systems.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b></p><p>
The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>
5-10 years of experience in comparable network, systems or information technology roles.</li><li>
Experience with executing and managing technology projects and prioritizing between competing initiatives.</li><li>
Must have intermediate experience and knowledge, at minimum, in the following systems:<ul><li>
Cloud security solutions and best practices.</li><li>
Networking (Routing/Switching/VPN), particularly in hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.</li><li>
Linux administration and support, particularly in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.</li><li>
Identity management platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS IAM, etc.).</li><li>
SharePoint (on-premises editions, such as SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Subscription Edition).</li><li>
Log collection, aggregation, and management.</li></ul></li><li>
5+ years of experience in managing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and other cloud technologies.</li><li>
Must possess a demonstrated strong troubleshooting skillset, applying logical approaches to complex issues.</li><li>
Must possess a demonstrated background in process improvement and automation.</li><li>
Must possess strong decision-making and time-management skills.</li></ul><p>
Specific experience with the following is a plus:</p><ul><li>
Financial services companies or other regulated industries.</li><li>
Linux support and scripting, particularly Red Hat, strongly preferred.</li><li>
Advanced PowerShell scripting.</li><li>
SharePoint Online administration and access control.</li><li>
Hybrid cloud infrastructure management and maintenance, including migration to and across clouds.</li><li>
Zero-Trust Network Architecture solutions, such as ZScaler or Netskope.</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Azure&rsquo;s CSP and NCE subscription models, and cost optimization.</li><li>
Experience with cloud database engines, such as Azure SQL or Amazon RDS.</li><li>
Familiarity with Azure DevOps.</li></ul><p><b>
Education Requirements</b></p><p>
Four-year college degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or Business Management.</p><p><b>

The Position</b><br>
 As a member of the Fund Accounting team, this position is responsible for the following:</p><ul><li>
Record and reconcile all portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients</li><li>
Calculate the fund&rsquo;s NAV adhering to industry standards and internal procedures</li><li>
Allocate profit and loss to investors including the calculation of management and performance fees</li><li>
Process and record fund expense payments and ensure cash wire requests are completed accurately and timely</li><li>
Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to fund managers and investors of assigned clients</li><li>
Prepare and deliver supporting materials as necessary for board meetings, financial statements and audit and regulatory requests related to assigned clients</li><li>
Communication with internal and external entities to ensure best in class service levels; build relationships of cooperation</li><li>
Review fund&rsquo;s net asset value (NAV), investor statements and other work prepared by accountants for completeness and accuracy measuring against industry standards and internal procedures</li><li>
Mentor, train, and support fund accountants</li><li>
Assure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and timely</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b><br>
 The ideal candidate has the following:</p><ul><li>
The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in fund accounting for hedge funds and will be comfortable and proficient acting as a primary liaison with fund managers and other fund service providers</li><li>
Familiarity with the types of investments held by hedge funds a plus</li><li>
Experience working with portfolio and investor accounting systems, in particular Advent Geneva World Investor a plus</li><li>
Experience working in an environment with internal control procedures, operating procedures, workflows, control checklists, and other elements of an internal control system a plus</li><li>
Experience with financial reporting, information security and client, vendor, and risk management a plus</li><li>
Must be able to learn complicated concepts quickly</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and filtering) are a must.</li></ul><p>

The Position</b></p><p>
This role is designed for someone eager to build a foundation in compliance and fund governance while working alongside experienced professionals.<b> </b>As a Compliance Analyst at Stone Coast Fund Services, you&rsquo;ll support a wide range of compliance, governance, and risk management functions for our fund clients and our company. You&rsquo;ll assist with client onboarding and due diligence, review offering documents for accuracy, and help ensure adherence to AML, fraud prevention, and other regulatory requirements. The role includes supporting corporate governance, responding to regulatory inquiries, and managing compliance documentation. You&rsquo;ll also help deliver corporate secretarial services for offshore fund clients, contribute to drafting compliance procedures, and work on cross-functional projects that enhance our compliance and operational processes.</p><p><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b></p><p>
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>
An interest in investment manager and fund regulatory, governance, and compliance obligations.</li><li>
Some background or familiarity with legal, compliance, or risk management, with or without exposure to finance or financial institutions.</li><li>
Interest in reviewing and analyzing legal formation documents such as documents provided for AML identify verification (such as foundation charters, trust documents, LLC agreements), tax documents, and regulatory guidance, including both US documents and non-US documents.</li><li>
Comfortable and highly proficient in verbal and written communications, preferably proficient in communicating complex matters.</li><li>
The consummate team player &ndash; listens well and values the input of his or her colleagues.</li><li>
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Adobe 9 Pro or Adobe 10 Pro, including proficiency with combining, extracting, and deleting files.</li><li>
Highly organized and exceptionally detailed.</li><li>
Accustomed to managing multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><b>
