Stone Creek is looking for a detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our restaurant.This role is essential to our operation &mdash; you are responsible for ensuring the entire space is clean, polished, and guest-ready each day. We hold high standards, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and notices the details others might miss.This is primarily an independent position, ideal for someone who is self-motivated and takes ownership of their work.Schedule &amp; Growth:<ul><li>Currently 3 shifts per week at Stone Creek</li><li>Increasing to 4 shifts per week for the summer season</li><li>Opportunity for additional hours as we continue to grow</li><li>Open to seasonal or year-round candidates</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks using a structured checklist</li><li>Maintain all areas of the restaurant, including:</li><li>Dining room &amp; bar</li><li>Bathrooms</li><li>Office, pantry, and stairwell</li><li>Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as:</li><li>Floors (sweeping, mopping with proper water changes)</li><li>High dusting (lighting, vents, fixtures)</li><li>Glass and mirror cleaning</li><li>Deep bathroom sanitation (including proper dwell times for disinfectants)</li><li>Go beyond the checklist when needed to ensure standards are met</li><li>Identify and communicate any maintenance or cleaning needs</li></ul>Schedule Expectations:<ul><li>Morning shifts preferred</li><li>Flexible start times</li><li>All cleaning must be completed by 11:30 AM</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible scheduling within morning hours</li><li>Independent, self-directed work environment</li><li>Opportunity for additional hours over time</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented culture</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail (this is a must)</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li><li>Reliable, consistent, and punctual</li><li>Pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment</li><li>Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Base Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
