What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Organizes and coordinates unit/floor operations, manages schedules, assignments, and maintains office supplies to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>
Answers and directs incoming phone calls, greets visitors, handles inquiries, and communicates with residents, families, and staff while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations</li><li>
Arranges and confirms appointments for residents/patients and manages incoming mail, correspondence, and appropriate filing systems for records and documents</li><li>
Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone systems, and computers for word processing, database management, and other administrative tasks</li><li>
Maintains patient confidentiality, exemplifies professionalism, and communicates with respect, caring, and sensitivity to all health professionals and visitors</li><li>
Supports daily administrative duties including tracking clerical work, making copies, managing the switchboard, paging announcements, and handling emergencies as needed</li></ul>
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
High school education</li><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>
At least one year of experience working with the geriatric population</li><li>
At least one year of experience working as a receptionist</li><li>
Experience with customer service required</li><li>
Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English</li></ul>
