Position purpose:</b> We are an agile, passionate team capable of building scalable, performant solutions to solve real world problems on a global scale. As a member of the Regulatory Reporting team, you will work to build, maintain, and support our regulatory reporting systems and processes. The successful candidate will operate and support our systems from end to end, assist in influencing the direction of our technology and interact with others to develop creative solutions. To land this role you will need:</b></div><br>

2+ years of professional front end, web, or mobile software developing with C#, .Net, MVC, JavaScript Framework</li><li>
1+ years of professional relational database development (Microsoft SQL Server), basic web technologies (HTML, XML, CSS)</li><li>
Strong in Computer Science fundamentals and core areas like problem solving, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.</li><li>
Strong customer orientation, communication, and attention to detail.
</li><li>Understanding of design and skills relating to the user experience.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints as necessary.</li><li>
Excellent verbal, written, and relationship skills used to interact with a global group of technical and non-technical people.</li></ul><div><b>

Responsibilities:
<p><b>
Position Purpose: </b>We are seeking a commercially minded <b>Senior Recruiter</b> to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across both <b>technical (Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product)</b> and <b>non-technical (Operations, Finance, Risk, Corporate Functions)</b> roles.</p><div>
You will partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment delivery.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
Primary duties will include:</b><b>
</b></p><ul><li>Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, post offer collaborations).</li><li>
Lead hiring across both <b>technical and non-technical roles</b>, ensuring strong market mapping and talent pipelining.</li><li>
 Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.</li><li>
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence tools.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong external talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.</li><li>
Collaborate with external vendor agencies where required and manage performance against agreed SLAs.</li><li>
Provide regular TA metrics, reporting, and hiring insights to stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.</li><li>
 Partner with our Total Rewards team acquiring salary benchmarking and lead offer negotiation discussions.</li><li>
Support campus hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities as required. When time permits.</li><li>
Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (Oracle / iCIMS preferred).</li></ul>
Qualifications:

</div><ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an enterprise or fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proven experience recruiting across both <b>technology and corporate/non-technical roles</b>.</li><li>
Strong sourcing capability and experience hiring niche technical skillsets.</li><li>
Experience partnering with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail with strong organizational capability.</li><li>
Experience using ATS systems (Oracle, iCIMS or similar).</li><li>
