Position Purpose:</b></p><p></p><div><br>
The Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations (APAC) role is a new addition to StoneX&rsquo;s APAC Marketing team.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role reports to the Head of Marketing (APAC) in Singapore and has a dotted reporting line to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations in the US, to align APAC Marketing&rsquo;s requirements with Global Marketing&rsquo;s operations and resources.</div><div></div><div><br>
Day-to-day, this role will ensure APAC Marketing&rsquo;s projects are delivered on time, on target, and to a high standard of excellence. This will be achieved by validating APAC Marketing project briefs, engaging Global Marketing resources through project management platforms, and monitoring progress to keep on track.</div><div></div><div><br>
By overseeing APAC Marketing projects from intake to final approval, this role will also build reporting and insights on resourcing, efficiency and collaboration, to support continuous strategic and operational improvements.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Primary duties will include:</b></div><ul><li>
Coordinate APAC Marketing and Global Marketing teams (e.g. Copy, Design, Social Media) across time zones to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.</li><li>
Leverage project management platforms to create projects, engage project groups, track project statuses, keep projects on track, and create reports.</li><li>
Create resource transparency, optimize processes, and build strong cross-functional relationships between APAC Marketing and Global Marketing.</li><li>
Coordinate with Global Marketing Operations for continued improvement to global operations (e.g. automation, third-party integrations, etc.).</li><li>
Maintain an APAC project database, for alignment with APAC Business stakeholders (e.g. Front Office, Compliance, Audit, etc.).</li><li>
Continuously learn about APAC Business and Marketing strategies, to represent APAC interests and identify further ways to coordinate with Global Marketing.</li><li>
Maintain Global Marketing Operations&rsquo; best practices, representing APAC requirements and localizing as needed.</li><li>
Provide monthly reports on projects and operations to the Head of Marketing (APAC).</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Experience using Jira and Confluence.</li><li>
Experience managing cross-functional projects (e.g. Copy, Design, Website, Media, Ads, CRMs, etc.) across time zones, cultures, and languages.</li><li>
Experience making data-driven strategic and operational improvements.</li><li>
Flexibility to support time-sensitive, high-priority projects across regions.</li><li>
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.</li><li>
Proactive communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.</li><li>

This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to bullion trading, settlement, logistics, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p><br>

Responsibilities:
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end bullion operations including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with dealers, vaulting partners, logistics providers, and banks to ensure timely movement and settlement of bullion.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all transactions and holdings across trading and custody platforms.</li><li>Support daily reconciliation between trading systems, custodians, and accounting records.</li><li>Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, trade reporting, etc.).</li><li>Assist in developing and improving operational workflows, controls, and documentation.</li><li>Support product and technology teams in automating manual processes and enhancing system efficiency.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on operational metrics, inventory, and performance.</li><li>Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in operations within financial services, commodities, bullion trading, or fintech.</li><li>Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and settlement processes.</li><li>Experience with bullion or commodity logistics and custodial operations is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance processes (KYC/AML) and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP or trading platforms.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul></div>
