تبحث ستونفورت عن مدير مبيعات إقليمي - البحرين يتمتع بمهارات عالية، ويمتلك فهمًا عميقًا لعقود الفروقات (CFDs) للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي سجل عملاء قويًا، وخبرة في الأسواق المالية، وسجلًا حافلًا بالنجاحات في المبيعات، والقدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

توليد عملاء محتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء تداول نشطين.

تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والأهداف المُحددة شهريًا وربع سنويًا.

الترويج لمنتجات وخدمات تداول العقود مقابل الفروقات للعملاء الأفراد والمؤسسات.

الحرص على مواكبة اتجاهات السوق الحالية لجذب العملاء المحتملين. بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع الأفراد والمتداولين ذوي الثروات الكبيرة.

قاعدة عملاء نشطة وعلاقة قوية بالسوق ميزة إضافية.

العمل داخليًا مع الإدارات المعنية لتوفير أفضل تجربة اندماج.

الحرص على مواكبة مخاطر وفوائد تداول العقود مقابل الفروقات لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.

التعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق التسويق والتداول لمواءمة استراتيجيات المبيعات مع اتجاهات السوق.

ضمان الاحتفاظ بالعملاء من خلال خدمة عملاء ممتازة وإدارة علاقات ممتازة.

الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بالأسواق المالية ومنصات التداول وعروض المنافسين.

المتطلبات الرئيسية:

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات في تداول العقود مقابل الفروقات، أو الفوركس، أو ما يعادلها من الأسواق المالية.

سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

فهم قوي لمنصات التداول، والتداول بالهامش، والرافعة المالية، وإدارة المخاطر.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

الإلمام بجميع اللوائح والامتثال للأسواق المالية ميزة إضافية.

خبرة عملية في استخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)، ومنصات التداول (MatchTrader، MT4، MT5)، وأدوات إدارة العملاء المحتملين.

Job Overview:

Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager - Bahrain. with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships .

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.

Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.

Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.

Be actively aligned with current market trends to attract potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.

Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus

Work internally with relevant departments in order provide best onboarding experience.

Stay aligned with the risks and benefits of CFD trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.

Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets equivalents.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.

Fluency in English.

Familiarity with all regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.

Hands on experience in using CRM systems, trading platforms (MatchTrader, MT4, MT5), and lead management tools.
