Job Summary:The HR Executive &ndash; Operations is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This role acts as a key support function to the HR department in areas such as employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.</li><li>Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, induction, and background verification.</li><li>Prepare and issue HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).</li><li>Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.</li><li>Coordinate with IT/Admin for new joiner setups and exit handovers.</li></ul>2. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Assist in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and HR communication.</li><li>Facilitate employee grievance redressal and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>3. Performance &amp; Policy Support<ul><li>Assist in performance appraisal coordination and documentation.</li><li>Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Help analyze HR data for reporting and process improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws, HRMS software, and payroll systems.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
