You are not just managing timelines you are driving execution strategy, ensuring quality, and leading teams to deliver complex projects successfully.You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that every project meets regulatory, safety, and performance standards. You are the key decision maker bridging technical execution and client expectations.Why Work With UsThe Environment Our office is located in a central business district in Doha, designed to support productivity and collaboration with modern facilities and a professional working atmosphere.Project Impact You will work on high value commercial and infrastructure projects that contribute to Qatar ongoing development and long term vision.Leadership Exposure You will be part of strategic decision making and work closely with senior management and key stakeholders from day one.Modern Tools and Systems We utilize advanced project management tools, BIM systems, and construction technologies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Growth We support continuous professional development and provide opportunities to lead larger and more complex projects over time.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership Lead full lifecycle construction projects from planning, execution, and delivery to final handoverTeam Leadership Manage engineers, contractors, and site teams while ensuring clear communication and performance alignmentBudget and Cost Control Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are metTimeline Management Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestonesCompliance and Safety Ensure all activities comply with Qatar construction regulations and safety standardsStakeholder Management Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while providing regular updates and resolving issuesWhat We Are Looking ForExperience 8 to 12 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 to 3 years in a senior or leadership roleEducation Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related fieldTechnical Knowledge Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and regulatory requirements in QatarLeadership Skills Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver complex projects successfullyCommunication Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesMindset You are results driven, detail oriented, and capable of making decisions under pressure while maintaining project qualityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
