</b></p><ul><li><div>Present and promote Stonhard&rsquo;s products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers &amp; Project Engineers within the region.
</div></li><li><div>Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
</div></li><li><div>Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports
</div></li><li><div>Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects
</div></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li><div>Two or more years of related construction project management required
</div></li><li><div>Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
</div></li><li><div>Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
</div></li><li><div>Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce)
</div></li><li><div>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation
</div></li></ul><p><b>Compensation:
</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Base Salary Range: </b>$60,000 - $80,000
</p></li><li><p><b>Annual bonus opportunity </b>(rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000
</p></li><li><p><b>Annual bonus opportunity </b>(veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000
</p></li><li><div><b>Supplemental Pay Types: </b>Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business Expenses</div></li></ul></div>
