We're looking to bring a Senior Construction Project Manager onboard remotely to help us keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget.
We aren't looking for someone to just sit at a desk and update a spreadsheet. We need an &quot;Agent of Progress&quot;&mdash;someone who knows how to move a project forward and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen.
This job is remote work-from-home Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST. Nights and weekends as needed.

What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</h1><ul><li>
Moving the needle: You&rsquo;ll use a schedule as a tool to get things done, not just a checklist to stay busy.</li><li>
Managing risk: You&rsquo;ll keep an eye on the &quot;big three&quot;: money, time, and people. You need to see problems coming before they hit us.</li><li>
Handling the &quot;spectrum&quot;: One day you might be overseeing a quick renovation; the next, you&rsquo;re managing the administration for a luxury estate.</li><li>
Solving problems: If a problem is at your level, you fix it. If it&rsquo;s bigger than you, you alert management immediately.</li><li>
Communicating: You&rsquo;ll be talking to construction managers and realtors. You need to be tactful, but you also need to be able to &quot;lean in&quot; and be assertive when a project is stalling.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Who We&rsquo;re Looking For</h1><ul><li>
A Self-Starter: This is a remote role. We don&rsquo;t do &quot;punch clocks&quot; here. You need to be able to manage yourself and your time without someone looking over your shoulder.</li><li>
Not Passive: If you&rsquo;re looking to do the bare minimum or just &quot;get through the day,&quot; this isn't the job for you. We need someone driven.</li><li>
Construction/Project Background: You&rsquo;ve worked for a construction or project-based company before and you understand how the gears turn.</li><li>
Organized &amp; Smart: You know how to prioritize. You&rsquo;re smart enough to identify risks early and brave enough to speak up about them.</li><li>
Future Leader: We&rsquo;re growing. We want someone who can eventually step up as a Team Lead as we expand.</li></ul></div>
