About the Position: 
Be the difference our customers see every day! As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll keep our facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)</li>
<li>Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks</li>
<li>Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.</li>
</ul>
Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>8.5-hour shifts (30-min break)</li>
<li>Hours vary between 6:45 AM – 10:30 PM, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently</li>
<li>Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
