As a Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in driving business success, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a positive customer experience.

</ul>
Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Lead and oversee daily store operations, sales goals, and business growth</li>
<li>Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email</li>
<li>Open and close the office, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed</li>
<li>Perform light property maintenance and cleaning to keep the facility clean, safe, and secure</li>
<li>Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries</li>
<li>Manage customer account records, billing, and debt management</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that maximize store performance</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Retail, sales, or administrative experience preferred (training provided!)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Comfortable performing light maintenance and outdoor work</li>
<li>Basic computer skills required (email, data entry, and account management)</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth</li>
<li>Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email</li>
<li>Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning</li>
<li>Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries</li>
<li>Manage account records, billing, and collections</li>
<li>Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
