You'll play a critical role in overseeing project execution, supporting project managers and field teams, driving operational performance, and helping guide the continued growth of our company.
Compensation: $60,000-$100,000+ per year + performance bonuses (based on experience and results)

Your day as a Production Manager begins by reviewing active projects, supporting your production team, and ensuring crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules are aligned for success. Throughout the day, you work closely with project managers, field personnel, vendors, and homeowners to keep projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You monitor production metrics, solve challenges before they become problems, and provide leadership that helps your team consistently deliver a five-star customer experience.
As projects progress, you conduct site visits, review quality standards, support customer communication, and help remove obstacles that could impact timelines or profitability. Behind the scenes, you analyze performance data, improve operational processes, coach team members, and collaborate with company leadership to support growth initiatives. Every action you take helps strengthen the customer experience, team performance, and overall success of the business.
We ask that you meet the following requirements:<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in roofing construction</li><li>
Experience leading project managers, field managers, production teams, or subcontractors</li><li>
Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability</li><li>
Experience managing production schedules, project execution, and operational performance</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li></ul>

Experience managing budgets, job costing, profitability, or operational KPIs</li><li>

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, supporting crews, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll play a critical role in managing active projects, coordinating with homeowners and crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Compensation: $55,000-$85,000+ per year + performance bonuses (based on experience and results)

Throughout the day, you'll travel between job sites, monitor progress, conduct inspections, answer homeowner questions, and help crews overcome challenges that could impact quality, safety, or scheduling. You serve as the primary field contact for customers, helping create a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
As projects progress, you perform quality control inspections, document milestones, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed to Storm Guard standards. Behind the scenes, you maintain project records, communicate with internal teams, and proactively solve issues before they affect customer satisfaction. Every action you take helps protect our reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional service.

Strong understanding of residential roofing and exterior construction practices</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li><li>

Experience working with crews, subcontractors, or field personnel</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors and spending the majority of your time in the field</li><li>
Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights</li><li>
Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li><li>
Proficiency with smartphones, project management software, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools</li></ul>

3+ years of project management, field management, superintendent, or production experience</li><li>
Experience conducting jobsite inspections and quality control reviews</li><li>
Knowledge of siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration</li><li>

Experience working directly with homeowners and resolving customer concerns</li></ul>
