Overview: Join our dynamic orthodontic team as a Treatment Coordinator in our busy practice spanning three locations. We are seeking a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated team, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:-The position requires the ability to confidently sell recommended treatment and understand the financial aspects of treatment; therefore a strong demonstration of mathematical understanding is critical.-Extreme attention to detail and follow through is paramount. Although it is advantageous to have knowledge of dental insurance plans/benefits to assist patients in understanding the financial aspects of orthodontic treatment, training will be provided.-This position is also responsible for initial patient photos, x-rays, and assisting the Doctor with the initial examination.-This position will require constant follow up with prospective patients as well as communicating with referring dental offices.
