<div>The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team of Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants who are united in their commitment to the team&rsquo;s standards and to achieving the team&rsquo;s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. 
The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. 
The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Create and implement company budgets and expense reports</li>
<li>Work on sales scripts with agents</li>
<li>Oversee the sales team's activities and performance</li>
<li>Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team</li>
<li>Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead</li>
<li>Proven experience in customer relationship management</li>
<li>Innovative with &quot;out of the box&quot; solutions
</li><li>Previous sales experience</li>
<li>Proven organizational and planning ability</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must have valid real estate license</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Set challenging sales targets in collaboration with the sales team</li>
<li>Continuously boost the number of transactions executed by your agents</li>
<li>Attain objectives through strategic planning, analyzing past performance data, and projecting future performance</li>
<li>Provide consistent support and coaching on Strata Group Systems and Resources to help agents achieve sales targets</li>
<li>Establish individual sales objectives with the sales team members</li>
<li>Offer feedback, support, and coaching to enhance the sales team's performance</li>
<li>Conduct meetings with agents to refine their sales scripts</li>
<li>Educate agents on structuring deals and improving closing ratios during one-on-one sessions</li>
<li>Ensure the sales team effectively utilizes sales tools, systems, and resources to meet performance metrics</li>
<li>Actively participate in management initiatives to ensure team objectives are achieved</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must have an Active Florida Real Estate license
</li><li>Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader</li><li>
Problem analysis and problem-solving</li><li>
Strong organizational and planning skills</li><li>
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy</li><li>
Team leadership ability</li><li>
Previous sales experience in real estate</li></ul>
