This is a long-term role with significant growth potential for the right candidate.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all aspects of residential and small commercial design and installation.</li><li>Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals.</li><li>Develop detailed site, planting, hardscape, and lighting plans.</li><li>Produce scaled drawings and presentation-quality renderings (hand sketching and CAD).</li><li>Conduct site analysis (grading, drainage, existing structures).</li><li>Prepare construction estimates and assist with bid generation.</li><li>Oversee projects from design through installation, including scheduling and crew coordination.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.</li><li>Deliver as-builts, warranties, and close-out documentation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree or certificate in Landscape Architecture/Design, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years in a design/project management role (commercial experience preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), SketchUp, and rendering tools.</li><li>Strong drafting, design, and estimating skills.</li><li>Knowledge of landscape installation practices and methods.</li><li>Valid Texas driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Strong communication and client-facing skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-starter, and organized.</li><li>Team player with a positive, results-driven mindset.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary ($70,000 - $80,000 DOE).</li><li>Medical and dental insurance options.</li><li>PTO, vacation, and sick time.</li><li>Profit-sharing opportunities.</li><li>Company phone or stipend.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 78723
