Residential HVAC Install Helper - Strategic Air Services &ndash; Austin, TXStrategic Air Services is a growing residential HVAC company looking to add an experienced Residential HVAC Install Helper to our installation team. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and professional individual with prior experience assisting in residential HVAC system installations.This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work, overtime opportunities, company benefits, and growth potential within a professional and fast-growing company.Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$25 per hour</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Company-provided van</li><li>Full-time, year-round employment</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Overtime available when jobs run longer</li><li>Some Saturdays required during peak season (June through September)</li></ul>Employees will either:<ul><li>Start directly at the current job site within the greater Austin area at 8:00 AM</li><li>or</li><li>Start the day at a local parts house picking up materials and equipment as early as 7:30 AMResponsibilities</li><li>Assist lead installer with residential HVAC system installations</li><li>Help install condensers, furnaces, air handlers, thermostats, line sets, ductwork, and related HVAC components</li><li>Load and unload equipment and materials</li><li>Maintain clean and organized job sites</li><li>Assist with system startup and cleanup procedures</li><li>Follow company quality and safety standards</li><li>Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners</li><li>Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly handled and maintained</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience installing or assisting with residential HVAC systems</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Must be punctual and dependable</li><li>Ability to work in attic spaces, outdoors, and physically demanding environments</li><li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials</li><li>Basic knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record are required.</li><li>EPA Certification is a plus</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and wants to grow long term within the HVAC industry.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced install helper looking to work with a professional company that values quality workmanship and teamwork.Pay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) 3% Match</li><li>Company truck</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tools provided</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
