Job Summary:
The Inside Medical Sales Representative (clinic based) is responsible for promoting and selling medical treatments and products directly to patients within a clinic. This role involves working closely with patients and offering appropriate solutions such as treatment plans and other products. The representative serves as a point of contact for patients, guiding them through purchasing decisions and ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Meet with patients within the clinic setting to discuss their treatment plans and products, answer questions, ad provide education about the medical products and treatments offered.</li>
<li>Effectively present treatment options and products to patients, explaining the benefits and usage.</li>
<li>Work with medical staff (doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc.) to understand patient diagnoses.</li>
<li>Maintain an understanding of the products and treatments being offered, including how they meet patients' needs and compliance with healthcare regulations.</li>
<li>Assist patients in completing their orders for medical treatments and products, ensuring proper documentation is processed.</li>
<li>Work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure the seamless integration of treatment and products to the patients.</li>
<li>Ensure all sales activities are in line with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other patient privacy laws.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed individual sales targets through patient engagement, consultation, and closing sales within the clinic environment.</li>
<li>Maintain and grow patient base, including upselling and cross-selling.</li>
<li>Present, promote, and sell products and treatment plans using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients.</li>
<li>Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and patient relationships.</li>
<li>Solve patient problems accurately and in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly attitude and demonstrating product and service expertise.</li>
<li>Actively recommend, promote, and sell treatment and medication solutions recommended by physicians.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
<ul><li>3+ years sales experience.</li>
<li>Proven ability to make an informative presentation and get to &quot;YES&quot; in order to close deals.</li>
<li>Interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach toward patients.</li>
<li>Able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be goal-oriented and strive for personal success, and motivated by friendly competition.</li>
<li>Must be eager to learn and grow continuously.</li>
<li>Possess a wide range of knowledge applicable in the Men's Health Industry and have the willingness to learn as well as promote Men's Health Treatments.</li>
<li>Demonstrate skills in patient direct sales, customer service, and time management.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and convey medical terminology and product usage.</li>
<li>Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to consultatively sell treatments and products to patients.</li>
<li>Proficient in managing patient records.</li>
<li>Ability to keep detailed sales records.</li>
<li>Empathy and patience when dealing with patients and their healthcare needs.</li>
<li>Must be willing to work full time.</li>
<li>The goal of this position is to increase visibility of the physician's services and increase sales of treatment solutions.</li>

This role involves assisting physicians with medical procedures and administering treatments and medications. The Paramedic will also play a key role in patient monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of care and maintaining patient confidentiality.Job Type: Full-time (Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm - workday may be extended slightly later on some days to accommodate late scheduled patients).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:&middot; Conduct initial assessments, including taking vital signs and physicals and reviewing patients&rsquo; medical history.&middot; Assist with or perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and blood pressure intakes.&middot; Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a physician.&middot; Ensure that clinic equipment and supplies are maintained and sanitized according to procedures and protocols.
