We are seeking a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech) to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents with safe medication administration and daily care. If you&rsquo;re dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality service to older adults, you&rsquo;ll make a real difference here every day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Administer medications accurately and on time according to physician orders and state guidelines</li><li>Document medication administration and maintain accurate narcotic counts</li><li>Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report promptly</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked medication cart</li><li>Assist with resident care needs as required (ADLs, hygiene, mobility, toileting, etc.)</li><li>Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership</li><li>Follow infection control, safety procedures, community policies, and DHEC regulations at all times</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Paid orientation</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
